If you are selling food please list each food and/or drink item you plan to sell, including its price.
On a scale of 1-10, 1 being quiet enough to hear a pin drop, 10 being as loud as a plane taking off, please rate how loud your generator is.
Applicants are required to provide proof of insurance. Artists and handmade crafter my submit a liability waiver in lieu of insurance.

YES – even if you provided proof of insurance last year and we “have it on file”, you are still required to attach a current certificate to this application. You will not be able to submit this application without it.
If your insurance certificate will expire before the event please upload your current certificate and update with a new one when it renews.
