Donation Agreement*
In lieu of a fee per space, SRI asks for a donation from the vendor based on their sales for the event - 10% of gross sales is suggested. Donations will be accepted prior to departure. Thank you for your support!
Vendor Rules, Regulations, and Requirements*
• Insurance Requirements All vendors are required to provide either 1) a certificate of insurance showing general liability coverage with a minimum $1,000,000 limit or 2) sign a liability waiver. Proof of insurance or a signed waiver must be provided to SRI one week prior to the event. SRI will provide instructions for submitting proof of insurance or waiver. • Vendor/Crafter Agreement 1. These requirements represent a binding agreement between SRI and Exhibitors/Vendors (You) who participate at the Beef and Brew Block Party. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree to abide by these rules, and to be bound by the terms of this agreement. 2. This Event is non-juried. Exclusivity is not guaranteed for any particular item or class of item. SRI reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor application. 3. All vendor spaces are outdoors, 12ft by 12ft. Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs. SRI will assign site(s) to vendors on a first come first served basis on the day of the event. 4. All trash generated by the vendor must be placed in appropriate receptacles or removed from the event location. 5. You may arrive to set up no earlier than 8:30am, please have your site set up by 11:00am. Vendors may drive into the event area to unload, then park in the parking lot behind City Hall. You agree to stay open for business until 9:00pm and vacate the event area by 11:00pm. 6. The Event is an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine. However, in the event of dangerous conditions, the Event may be suspended, or if necessary, cancelled. 7. Vendors are responsible for compliance with all state sales tax laws. 8. Sunbury’s Revitalization, Inc., its sponsors, or their agents, officers, employees, and volunteers will not be responsible for theft, accidents, loss or damage to property belonging to vendors. Further, Vendors shall indemnify and hold harmless Sunbury’s Revitalization, Inc., its sponsors, or their agents, officers, employees, or volunteers from any and all claims and damages including attorney’s fees and court cost for personal injury, loss or damage to property caused by or due to the acts of omissions of the vendors.
