Snyder-Union-Northumberland Habitat for Humanity is now accepting pre-applications for home ownership for 2 properties they have under development in Sunbury.
One property, under construction now is on Edison. They are looking to identify a family for this property fairly quickly. The second property is on Reagan St. and they anticipate construction beginning on that property within the next several months.
Applications will be accepted through July 20, 2022 and there is a $10 application fee.
Please note the application process takes 3-6 months, it is NOT a quick/immediate fix for emergency housing.
